A family company from Židlochovice in South Moravia that has been raising and processing turkeys for more than 20 years. They look after the turkeys from the first day until slaughter: the birds live in barns on natural litter with room to move, and a vet checks them every day. Their feed is bought in South Moravia and its quality is checked.
The turkeys are slaughtered and cut by the company's own butchers in Židlochovice, so the meat can be traced from the hatching egg to the package. Besides meat they also make turkey ham, pâté and sausages.
Turkey is delivered to us every week on Tuesday or Wednesday; we will let you know when it arrives.
