On the Reservation page choose the goods and quantities, fill in your name and email and send the reservation. You get a confirmation by email straight away, and another email with the final price once your goods are ready.

Order goods from Dvůr Seletice and Farma Loužná by Sunday 19:00; they are ready on Wednesday from 15:00. The exact dates are always shown at the top of the Reservation page. For other goods we will let you know when they arrive.

Meat and other goods sold by weight are priced per kilogram, but you order them by the piece or pack. We estimate the price from the average weight; the final price depends on the actual weight and we email it to you when your goods are ready.

You pay when you pick up your goods in the shop, in cash or by card. Nothing is paid in advance.

Yes, ideally before the order deadline. Just reply to the confirmation email or give us a call.

Goods that spoil quickly (meat, dairy, bread) cannot be returned. For long-life goods such as preserves you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving them. See the terms and conditions for details.
