2. Reservations and the contract
- You choose goods on the website, fill in your contact details and send the reservation with the button “Order with obligation to pay”. The reservation is binding.
- The purchase contract is concluded when you send the reservation. We confirm it by email with a summary of the goods.
- Goods from suppliers with a regular weekly delivery (listed on the Reservation page) must be ordered by the deadline; after it, orders go to the next date. For other goods we will let you know when they can be picked up.
- If an item cannot be supplied (e.g. the supplier does not deliver it), we will tell you and you do not pay for it.
3. Prices
- All prices are in Czech crowns (CZK) including VAT.
- For goods sold by weight (price per kg) the website price is an estimate based on the average pack weight. The final price depends on the actual weight and you will learn it at pickup.
- For pre-packed goods with a fixed quantity we also show the price per kilogram or litre.
4. Payment and pickup
- You pay when you pick up the goods in the shop, in cash or by card. Nothing is paid in advance.
- Pick up the goods at Zápy 26, 250 61 Zápy, okres Praha-východ on the date given in the confirmation. We do not deliver.
- If you cannot pick up your goods, please let us know as soon as possible. A later pickup is possible by prior arrangement.
- We hold reserved goods for you until the end of the next opening day after the pickup date. After that we may offer them to other customers.
- Goods ordered specially for you (e.g. geese or Christmas orders) may be charged even if you do not pick them up.
- If you repeatedly do not pick up your reservations, we may refuse further reservations.
5. Food information
We list allergens and, where available, ingredients, origin of meat and storage conditions. Full details are on the product label and we are happy to tell you in advance.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
- Goods that spoil quickly (meat, sausages, dairy products, bread, ready meals and similar) cannot be returned; the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code). The same applies to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- For other goods (e.g. preserves, dry sausages) you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them.
- The easiest way is the form Withdraw from the contract here; we confirm receipt by email. You may also tell us in any other way, e.g. by email or letter.
- Return the goods to the shop, undamaged, within 14 days of withdrawing. We refund you within 14 days of the withdrawal, but not before the goods are returned, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
7. Complaints
- Please check the goods when you pick them up. If there is a defect, tell us as soon as possible, in the shop, by phone or by email.
- For food with a use-by or best-before date, defects can be claimed until that date at the latest; for other goods within 24 months of receipt.
- We handle complaints without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest, by replacing the goods or refunding you.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot settle a dispute together, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), ADR department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.gov.cz.
9. Personal data
See our privacy policy.
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. The contract is concluded in Czech. A reservation is governed by the terms in force when it was sent.
