Privacy policy
This policy explains how we process the personal data you give us when you reserve goods or visit this website. The Czech version is the binding one.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Statek u Milušky s.r.o., company ID 07832443, registered office Zápy 26, 250 61 Zápy, okres Praha-východ, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 308357. You can reach us at statekumilusky@gmail.com or +420 702 885 167.
What data we process and why
- Reservations: first and last name, email, phone (optional), the reserved goods and your note. We need them to prepare and confirm your reservation and arrange the pickup. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Withdrawal from a contract: the details from the withdrawal form are used to handle it (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Email news: if you subscribe, we process your email address, language, and the time and IP address of signing up and confirming. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the link in every email.
- Communication: details you send us by email or phone are used to answer you (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Accounting and tax records: if a purchase results in a document containing your details, we keep it because the law requires us to (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Technical data: the web server logs the IP address, time, requested page and browser type of each visit, to keep the site running and secure (legitimate interest).
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. To run the website and handle reservations we use:
- Oracle Cloud – provides the server the website runs on and where reservations are stored. The server is located in Frankfurt am Main (Germany, EU).
- Google (Gmail) – reservation confirmations are sent from our Gmail mailbox, and your emails arrive there.
- Google Maps – the map on the Contact page, only if you choose to show it. Google then receives your IP address and may use its own cookies under its policy.
Google may process data outside the European Union (e.g. in the USA). Such transfers rely on GDPR safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Reservation data for as long as needed to handle the reservation and any complaints, at most 1 year. After that the website anonymizes it automatically.
- Accounting and tax records for the period required by law (usually 10 years for tax documents).
- Newsletter subscribers' data until they unsubscribe. The record of giving and withdrawing consent is kept for another 3 years as proof.
- Web server logs for 14 days.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only uses cookies that the forms need to work (session and protection against forged requests). Your cart is stored in your browser and only reaches us when you send the reservation. The Google map loads only when you ask for it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing and to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to statekumilusky@gmail.com.
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
